Two Point O Capital (TW.O), an AI-powered, full-stack clean energy deployment platform for commercial and industrial (C&I) businesses, has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Transition Venture Capital. Existing investor Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy also participated in the round.
TW.O said it will use the funds to expand into new asset classes, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), and deepen its presence in existing segments such as solar, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment.
The capital will also support its expansion into sectors with significant energy and water requirements, including data centres, automotive, pharma, manufacturing and healthcare, the company said in a statement.
Founded in 2024 by Archit Mehrotra, Karan Bhutani, Manya Ranjan, and Shashidhar Reddy, TW.O helps businesses adopt clean energy infrastructure by bringing together financing, technology and end-to-end project execution.
“This funding will accelerate our vision to become India’s first and largest multi-asset and multi-solution platform enabling adoption of clean energy by C&I customers,” said Karan Bhutani, CEO and Co-Founder of Two Point O Capital.
TW.O partners with OEMs and EPCs across India. Its existing clientele includes the likes of Premier Energies, Godrej, JK Tyre, Morepen Pharma, Wipro, Phoenix Mills, and several other large commercial and industrial customers.
According to the startup, it has grown its assets under management by 1.5x consistently every quarter over the last 3 quarters and uses a proprietary AI/ML-enabled platform for solutioning, underwriting and asset monitoring.
“Two Point O removes the capex barrier, accelerating the adoption of clean energy solutions. The industry often underestimates the complexity of integration across a fragmented ecosystem with multiple stakeholders. By taking end-to-end ownership of execution, Two Point O enables customers to focus on their core business rather than managing the build,” said Yashodhara Bakliwal, VP, Investment at Transition Venture Capital.
