Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a 33-year-old woman and her two little children were found dead in Tharoor mandal of Vikarabad district on Saturday, October 31.
Vasavi and her two little children were found hanging in their house. Their bodies were discovered by her uncle and immediately informed the police.
Vasavi was married to Bhupathi Reddy. The couple had two boys: Saharsh Reddy (8) and Vedarsh Reddy (4).
On Saturday, Bhupathi dropped them at their native town and left for Tandur.
Vasavi hanged her children before taking her own life.
Based on her father’s complaint, Dharur Police have registered a case. “According to her family and her in-laws, Vasavi was suffering from a mental illness for five years. She took her children’s lives, thinking about who would look after them after she was gone. This is a preliminary investigation report. The case is being probed,” said Dharur Circle Inspector Raghu Ramulu.
A case under murder of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita was registered. “She troom hr children’s life. Thats why the Secion,” expalined the Inspector.
